So which solution is right for your business?
Given there are pros and cons for each, it’s crucial to be informed and make a decision on what is right for your business within the context of your business processes. Don’t submit to marketing hype, or assume what’s right for another recruitment agency is necessarily right for your business.
The option for ‘public cloud’ did not exist for the recruitment industry until very recently.
Previous to that, all vendors produced applications in the same way as ‘community cloud’ vendors do today. When you review your strategic direction, make sure you truly understand there are significant points of difference between the two types of cloud computing, so consider what will suit your business the best.
