RecruitWest is a specialist staffing and recruitment firm headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. A team of close to twenty staff deliver services on behalf of a wide array of businesses ranging from mining and production to white collar and information technologies.

While recruitment is the core and heritage of RecruitWest, the organisation has sought to develop deep partnerships with key clients, requiring a much more integrated and collaborative engagement than simple transactional recruitment.

The team act as strategic partners to clients, helping to advise on multiple facets of their businesses from HR support and consultancy to O H & S advisory.

In doing so, RecruitWest have built up a strong client base and positive reputation in the market. They’re determined to continue this highly integrated, highly engaged approach, providing the right solutions for their customers at the right time. Paramount to achieving this goal is an integrated intelligence solution.

As an organisation RecruitWest have a particular affinity for technology and were comfortable with adapting to new solutions. They actively pursue innovation, looking for ways to leverage technology to drive efficiency, find effective solutions, and increase productivity of staff.

Combining the culture of innovation, desire for further growth and expansion and deep engagement with customers, the company needed a multi-faceted recruitment solution which could

be configured to their specific requirements

  • adapt to changing requirements in the future
  • support an integrated back office solution
  • provide strong visibility across all elements of the business, including sales, mid and back office
  • provide a seamless recruitment experience for candidates
  • provide solid temporary worker management
  • work off a single platform accessible by any user

In 2014 RecruitWest selected Jobscience as its integrated recruitment and back office system, to be implemented by 2cloudnine. Following an extensive scoping project 2cloudnine worked with the team at RecruitWest to customise the Jobscience application to the specific requirements of the business.

Following scoping there was a three-month implementation process which focussed on building, configuring and testing core functionality as well as an extensive project to migrate data from RecruitWest’s legacy systems into the new Jobscience instance.

Once data had been loaded into the system, 2cloudnine delivered a training programme intended to quickly upskill key users, and worked with RecruitWest’s dedicated in-house team to maximise the benefit of the system.

Since implementation RecruitWest have worked constantly to enhance business processes, to drive efficiencies and to improve their customer and candidate experiences.

Most recently the team have invested in Marketing Cloud, seeking to leverage this system to build better relationships with customer and candidate communities.
