After completing his master’s degree in information systems and business analytics, Swaroop was eager to kickstart his career in IT. Our internship and graduate program provided the opportunity he needed – growing his learning, development and on-the-job skills.
“I initially joined for three months, fresh out of uni. The intern program was a fantastic opportunity for me to play in different roles and learn different skills. The 2cloudnine team nurtured and helped me to develop the skills I needed.”
That was four years ago. Since then, Swaroop has gone on to have a range of roles at 2cloudnine.
“When I graduated, it was hard to land a full-time job and I wasn’t sure if I would ever work in the field that matched my qualifications. 2cloudnine changed that.”
He’s worked his way from Support Consultant to Implementation Consultant to Technical Consultant. Today, he’s focused on scaling the technical competence within our payroll platform and building custom solutions for our customers.
