Sam Nobes

Head of Customer Success
As our Head of Customer Success, Sam guides how we support our customers and partners post the project implementation phase. With our customers’ success top of mind, Sam and her team are focused on implementing process improvements and ensuring we always deliver the support and services our customers need.

Sam is known for her expertise in workforce analytics, planning and award interpretation. She has worked both within organisations and in the vendor/IT space, gaining a unique understanding of customers’ requirements and a raft of experience. She joined 2cloudnine in 2017 and loves the fact that no two days are ever the same.

Away from work, Sam is a trained Reiki healer. She also enjoys quilt making, painting, drawing and pottery.
