With a career spanning 20-plus years in technology recruitment and professional services, he has a track record for fostering growth, building enduring relationships, and supporting customers to achieve their goals. He has held numerous executive roles including Managing Director of ASX-listed technology company AD1 Holdings Ltd and CEO of Davidson Technology and Monitor Consulting.

“Having worked in the recruitment industry for a long time, I know firsthand the cost and productivity challenges staffing firms can experience because of poor payroll and finance systems and processes.
