\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\u00a0Lorelle has an extensive background in payroll and began her journey with 2cloudnine as an Account Manager nine years ago. Now, as our Lead Trainer, Lorelle plays a big part in guiding our clients on how to use the 2cloudnine platform.<\/p>\n
What\u2019s your role?<\/b> <\/p>\n
I\u2019m a Lead Trainer here at 2cloundine. It\u2019s a really varied role that covers things like creating, reviewing, editing and uplifting documentation to be shared with clients, partners, and our internal and sales teams. I work across all of our key regions around the world and our key markets, so Healthcare and Staffing. <\/p>\n
I also create and deliver training content and programs for our new partners when they begin their collaboration with 2cloudnine. That\u2019s usually a 40-hour training program so they can learn the whole functionality of our product from end-to-end. <\/p>\n
A colleague of mine likes to call me \u2018Wiki\u2019 Lorelle – if he needs to know something about the product, he says, \u201cI\u2019m coming to \u2018Wiki\u2019 Lorelle!\u201d Because I normally know, or if I don\u2019t know, I will ask the questions and get the answers. <\/p>\n
What\u2019s your favourite part of your role? <\/b> <\/p>\n
I love doing the training. I\u2019ve trained people throughout Australia, the UK, the US, South Africa and more, so it\u2019s really interesting to hear their insights. Everyone learns differently, and so when I lead training and someone comes out using my catch phrase that resonated with them, that’s very rewarding. <\/p>\n
What excites you about the future of the sector? <\/b> <\/p>\n
I\u2019m quite old school, so I used to be hesitant about AI, but seeing how we\u2019ve been able to use it here at 2cloudnine \u2013 for example our AI Assistant Michelle \u2013 has really shifted my views. As part of my role in documentation, I\u2019m really down in the weeds reviewing the documents to ensure that Michelle\u2019s responses are as accurate as if you were to ask me, or someone from our product team. It\u2019s really exciting to see the evolution of Michelle even in the couple of months I\u2019ve been involved in the project. <\/p>\n
Sometimes now when people ask me a question I think \u2018well why didn\u2019t you ask Michelle that, Michelle\u2019s got it!\u2019. <\/p>\n
What do you love most about 2cloudnine? <\/b> <\/p>\n
2cloudnine is a constantly moving place and it proves it\u2019s a great place to work by how long people have been working here. I\u2019ve never worked somewhere for nine years, and I know some of my colleagues have been here for ten years or more – and that\u2019s a testament to our CEO and Founder, Adam, and the management team. <\/p>\n
And what do you like to do outside of work? <\/b> <\/p>\n
I\u2019m a ballroom dancing coach and adjudicator. I\u2019ve been dancing since I was three years old, probably because my dad owned a dance school. I performed in a company called Burn the Floor for four years and have lived and danced in New York City. I\u2019ve also competed four years in a row at the British Open championships at Blackpool UK, the largest dance competition in the world, where we ended up seventh out of 380 odd competitors. Now, I\u2019m a sought after coach and last year I trained the under 21 and under 16 champions. <\/p>\n
