Turn a lodgement error into the record to fix

Ask 2IQ Assist

  • Why is a payee missing from the SuperStream file?
  • Why was an update event rejected?
  • Which payees will fail the next lodgement?
See it

An STP lodgement failed validation. 2IQ Assist quotes the rule, names the payee and the field, and gives both ways to fix it.

Questions about 2IQ Assist.

It is the 2IQ agent for support. It answers product questions and investigates queries alongside your admins, working from the same resolution knowledge our consultants use. It explains what it found, what to check in your org, and what to do next.

Why a pay component calculated the way it did, why an interpretation produced a particular result, or why a batch failed. It also answers questions about how the product works and how your own configuration behaves.

No. 2IQ Assist is read only. It reads your configuration and data, explains what it finds, and tells you what to check. It does not create, change, or delete records. Where it can raise a support case for you, that only happens after someone approves it.

2IQ Assist explains, it does not calculate. Pay and billing results are produced by the platform's rules, and those rules do not change. Assist works from your own configuration and data, and shows the records and rules behind its answer so your team can check it.

No. 2IQ Assist does not assess, score, rank, or select anyone. It explains why a result occurred based on your configuration. Anything that affects a person still runs through your existing rules and approvals.

2IQ Assist is available at no charge from 2cloudnine. You pay Anthropic directly for AI usage through your own account, so you can see exactly what you use and set your own limits.

2cloudnine stores the key securely and uses it only to make requests on your behalf. The key connects 2IQ Assist to the AI model under your own Anthropic account. You hold the account, you decide the limits and which models are allowed, and you can revoke access at any time.

2IQ Assist is hosted by 2cloudnine on Australian cloud infrastructure. Requests to the AI model run at Anthropic under your own account and your agreement with them.

No. Your prompts, records, and results are not used to train AI models, by 2cloudnine or by Anthropic. We may use 2IQ activity to improve the service itself, and that use is set out in your agreement.

Named users in your own organisation, signed in as themselves. 2IQ Assist only sees what that person can already see in Salesforce, so your existing profiles, permissions, and sharing rules still apply. Access is not shared, and it is not for use by your own customers or third parties.

2IQ Assist is available to existing Australian customers first. Other regions will follow, and we will confirm timing as each becomes available.

Request access and our Customer Success team will take you through it. Setup covers your Anthropic account and key, connecting your Salesforce organisation, and confirming who has access.
