When we started 2cloudnine in 2009, like many, we saw the huge potential of cloud computing. We were incredibly excited about the power it could bring to core business processes and we set about doing just that.

In fact, we set ourselves the sky-high challenge of taking one of the most fundamental business processes, payroll, and making it work on the Salesforce platform. Why? Because no one else had done it. Because we love a challenge. And mostly, because we knew if we could crack that, we could create a payroll platform that would not only work better than anything else, but it would also take our customers into the future.

More than 15 years later, our sky-high dream is now reality. Today, our focus extends beyond payroll; we’ve developed a unified platform that brings together people, operations and finance. Adam Edmondson

CEO and Founder

With 30 years’ experience in the industry, Adam believes strongly in the transformational nature of Salesforce’s platform and related ecosystem. It was this belief – combined with a view that enduring technology companies are developed around a deep focus on industry solutions – that led to the creation of 2cloudnine.

Adam’s personal values and experiences of working with a diverse range of companies and people around the world have shaped an organisation that cares deeply about its customers’ success. Today, he leads a team of highly skilled industry specialists who relish the opportunity to empower customers with a payroll platform that transforms the way they do business.

Outside of work, you’ll find Adam taking every opportunity to spend as much time as he can with his family while rising early in the mornings to get out on the road and ride his bike.

Fraser Park

Chief Finance and Strategy Officer

Fraser is a highly regarded CFO and business strategist known for his enterprising thinking, collaborative approach and entrepreneurial financial acumen.

With a career spanning over 35 years, Fraser is adept at driving business growth, improving operational effectiveness and consistently delivering improved results. He has led capital raisings, investor relations and trade sales, creating circa A$3 billion in additional value to date.

He has worked extensively in the technology sector, helping businesses to successfully scale. Today, as 2cloudnine’s Chief Finance & Strategy Officer, Fraser is instrumental in optimising our operations to ensure we’re well placed to pursue key growth opportunities, particularly in the UK market.

Away from work, Fraser enjoys spending time with family and friends, roaming the hills in his native Scotland, and can often be found chasing his mad Cockapoo through fields in Southern England.

Adelaide Greenaway

Head of Product

As our Head of Product, Adelaide drives the technology and innovation strategy for 2cloudnine. She leads a passionate and talented team of technical professionals who innovate, create, and develop our products on the Salesforce platform and beyond.

Adelaide thoroughly enjoys the challenge of directing the product roadmap and managing multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams. Before joining our team in 2013, she spent several years working in consulting and management roles within R&D across various industries.

Among her many talents, Adelaide is also a classically trained soprano. She can be seen performing in operas and concerts all around Melbourne and throughout regional Victoria.

Bernie Grinyer

Head of Partner Success

For 13 years and counting, Bernie has worked with a range of recruitment, HR, service, support and sales teams to implement best practice business processes through training and software solutions.

Bernie joined 2cloudnine in 2012. She loves working with our partners and customers to get the most out of their investment in Salesforce and 2c9 Payroll by providing dedicated training and enablement programs and services.

In her role as Head of Partner Success, Bernie leads a team of dedicated consultants and trainers who are committed to building lasting relationships with our partners to enable them to implement solutions that bring an organisation’s goals to life.

Outside of work, Bernie enjoys running, reading and spending time with family.

Rene du Plessis

Head of Staffing Practice

Rene joined 2cloudnine in 2017 and today leads our staffing practice. He coordinates our product, professional services and support teams to provide a payroll platform that meets the needs of staffing, labour hire and recruitment businesses.

Rene has a wealth of experience in enterprise sales and systems automation having designed and implemented end-to-end systems for the largest recruitment and labour hire agencies globally. It’s through this experience that Rene ensures both passion and a strong focus on putting our customers first remain key pillars of 2cloudnine’s values and market success.

Outside of work, Rene spends his time with family, rock-climbing, hiking and researching the leading tools and best practices for systems automation and innovation!

David Sinclair

Head of Healthcare

With over two decades of experience, David Sinclair is a seasoned leader in B2B SaaS and cloud technologies, renowned for his expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategy, business development, and fostering growth within the Salesforce Ecosystem.

David serves as the Head of Healthcare Business Unit at 2cloudnine, spearheading the strategy, GTM, and sales initiatives for 2cloudnine’s Schedule to Pay – Awards Interpretation and Payroll solution across the healthcare sector. With over a decade spent operating in the the Salesforce Healthcare Ecosystem, David brings deep industry experience and strong partnerships access that sector to deliver real value to 2cloudnine’s healthcare clients. 

Guy Baxter

Head of Integrations

Guy leads the integration of 2cloudnine’s suite of products with other third-party applications. Whether it’s applications native to Salesforce or another platform, he implements robust and innovative solutions that deliver a seamless integration of business systems for our customers.

Guy joined 2cloudnine in 2014. In that time, he has successfully managed product release cycles, delivery lifecycles and integration strategies on the Salesforce ecosystem. He relishes the unique challenges each project presents to provide outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

He is currently on the path to becoming a certified Salesforce Application Architect and holds various other certifications.

Outside of work, Guy loves spending time with family and friends, and staying active. When he’s not improving his golf handicap, he’s watching the latest tournament! He also enjoys watching AFL and Formula 1.

Brendan Kavenagh

Director of Strategic Accounts – APAC

Brendan has over 20 years of executive experience in the recruitment and technology sectors. He held GM and CEO roles in recruitment and staffing and professional services firms, leading teams focused on growth, margin, and workforce scale.

He later served as CEO of an ASX-listed technology company, gaining firsthand insight into how platform technology can improve operational efficiency across the recruitment lifecycle.

At 2cloudnine, Brendan leads strategic sales across APAC, working with enterprise staffing firms to modernise middle and back office operations through a unified Salesforce-native platform.

Rickie-Lee McGrath

Head of Product Management: Healthcare

Rickie-Lee oversees product management in our health practice. Leading a team of functional consultants, she is passionate about ensuring we deliver a highly efficient and integrated solution tailored to the health sector.

From integration design to enhancing the implementation process, Rickie-Lee loves working with our customers and building mutual trust to deliver the right solutions and exceptional service every step of the way.

Rickie-Lee has vast experience under her belt having worked in payroll roles across multiple industries. She moved into the vendor space and joined 2cloudnine in 2019; because she thrives on making payroll more efficient and accurate, and empowering organisations to improve their processes.

In her spare time, you’ll find Rickie-Lee running, at the dog park with her pup, Audrey, or trying out a new restaurant with friends.

Ben Albani

Head of Product Management: Staffing

Ben is the Head of Product: Staffing at 2cloudnine and has worked in IT for over 20 years, with his entire career dedicated to the staffing industry. Having delivered the 2cloudnine platform as a client in one of its earliest implementations, and now leading its delivery as part of the vendor team, Ben brings a rare dual perspective.

His deep experience across both sides of the table gives him an exceptional understanding of the staffing lifecycle—from front office through to payroll—and the real-world challenges businesses face at every stage. He has also led the successful implementation of some of 2cloudnine’s most complex projects, combining his background in IT, hands-on delivery experience, and domain knowledge to drive product innovation that’s grounded in practicality and shaped by industry insight.

Andrew Seditas

Head of Product Management: Payroll

Andy brings his extensive payroll knowledge and design acumen to the Product Management team. Having been part of the 2cloudnine team for the past decade, he understands the needs of our end users and is excited to see his designs become a reality.
